Pisces-RFR London Restauraunts

Our goal is for London Pisces-RFR restaurants involved in the pilot to add fish from south east England to those sourced off the Cornish Helford, in addition to collaborating with other initiatives like Good Catch.

In alphabetic order, the restaurants who have participated include:

Tom Akins, 43 Elstan Street SW3.

Our continuing challenge is to built up a sufficient range of fisheries to be secure against ever-fluctuation conditions and unpredictable seasons, and to resolve to our satisfaction, the problems associated with establishing a reliable, trusted supply routes with the least duplication, and lowest environmental impact that we can.
